International Women Hockey Tournament to Be Held Rosario, Argentina


Women?s Hockey 2010 World Cup was chosen to be held at Buenos Aires. Later on it was denied to be held at Buenos Aires as it was having bad economic liabilities. Afterwards, Argentina was chosen for organizing the Hockey tournament. It would be the twelfth Women?s Hockey tournament which will be organized in Rosario, Argentina. It is going to take place in at the end of August till September 12. At the decision of the world cup federation Rosario Government started the construction work for building the well equipped stadium for the International Women?s Hockey tournament. Around 15000 seats would be arranged to occupy the spectators in great number in the stadium.
Qualifiers
The qualifiers of the International Women?s hockey cup will decide the three significant spot of Rosario of Argentina for the finals. The tournament includes 18 teams which have been divided into three respective groups. These three respective groups will play separately in three selective countries in different time period. The qualifying winner teams from the each respective group will land for the World Cup.
Three spots with three groups
The three places are selected for the qualifying matches. The first qualifier is to be held in San Diego, USA which is to be played from March 26 to April 3, 2010. The second qualifier is to be held in Kazan, Russia which is to be played from April 17 to April 25, 2010. The third qualifier is to be held in Santiago, Chile which is to be played from April 24 to May 2, 2010.

Women?s Hockey World cup to be held at Rosario in the year 2010 is nearly equipped for the hockey tournament. It is for the very first time that the city of Rosario is going to conduct World championship tournament in its city. The arrangements for the tournament are going on in a very smooth manner and are at the end pace of its completion. Tournament stadium will be able to occupy nearly more than 2000 spectators.
